While the simple website design and neutral PR techniques used by FreedomVoice don't give a strong impression of any kind, the company does still offer a full suite of hosted PBX services at a reasonable price. Since they're a little hard to get a handle on at first glance, let me give you the short list of strengths and weaknesses:
Excellent for voicemail. In terms of price, features, and quality, FreedomVoice seems to have a specialty in automation. They can take scripted voicemail where the customer responds to questions, they cost much less than competitors when being used as a mailbox, and they have unlimited mailbox space. They can also send out recorded messages to all their extensions. Call recording. As far as I know, none of those reviewed so far except Freedom Voice allows you to record every single call made to your system. It's an expensive service, starting at fifty dollars and going up for a large volume of recordings, but a useful enough service that it might still be worth getting for some businesses. Overall: FreedomVoice is a company that provides a solid service at a solid price, but I have trouble recommending them over any competitors. The lack of quality marketing used on their website doesn't tell me much about the strengths of their system, but what it does say leaves them in a middle ground position.
